Wins Best Small School Award
South Woods Middle School took the 6th place trophy out of 39 schools at East Syracuse-Minoa High School on April 7-8. It was an amazing competition with South Woods winning 28 medals, a plaque for best small school and a plaque for outstanding coach.
The team captains were Nolan Smithwick and Akitora Iyoda. The team members were Stella Chen, Evan Cheng, Edward Duan, Eric Huang, Ashley Jung, Kevin Li, Kenneth Lin, Angela Mao, Jenny Ou, Augustine Park, Giselle Rasquinha, Josh Yun and Andrew Zhang.
Mrs. Stollow the coach is extremely proud of the hard work and all the determination from these dedicated students.
