Syosset High School seniors recently received a special visit from Congressman Thomas Suozzi.
Students enrolled in the college-level Contemporary Law, Advanced Placement U.S. Government and Politics, and AP Comparative Government and Politics World History classes attended an in-school assembly featuring Congressman Suozzi, who discussed his experiences as a Congressman, government affairs and the importance of civic duty. He also answered students’ questions about the recent election, his passion for public service and how he became involved in politics.
