More than 2,000 students, faculty, staff and members of central administration participated in Syosset High School’s annual Walk-A-Thon on the morning of October 17. This year's walk was dedicated to the Organization for Autism Research (OAR). To date, the school has raised over $2,100 for OAR, with additional donations still coming in. According to health and physical education teacher Shai Fisher, “There was a sense of togetherness, community, and Syosset PRIDE felt by all who contributed to this wonderful cause and proudly participated.”
