Baylis Elementary School’s fearless fourth-graders had some fun making a mess while putting their science skills to the test. In the spirit of the season, students made predictions about the height, weight and circumference of basketball-sized pumpkins, took measurements, made comparisons, and designed and carved their own jack-o’-lanterns. They also counted how many seeds were in their pumpkins, which was an extra messy task!
